2025 BMW C 400 GT Launched at Rs 11.5 Lakh
BMW Motorrad launched the 2025 iteration of the BMW C 400 GT in India which now retails at Rs 11.5 Lakh (Ex-showroom), Rs 25,000 more than before. India is a price sensitive market and as such it is one of the largest scooter markets, but only for the affordable ones. So, a scooter like the C 400 GT is like a cannon in the market that favours guns.

2025 BMW C 400 GT Changes
BMW Motorrad’s flagship scooter, the C 400 GT, has been updated. It costs more than its previous version, which was priced at Rs 11.25 Lakh (ex-showroom), and is still brought on our shores as CBUs. This premium scooter has a targeted market rather than for the masses, who have that much spending power and want to stand out from the crowd.
The 2025 iteration has a few changes, keeping it fresh and demanding. The C 400 GT is a beefed up maxi scooter, which will turn heads on rthe oad and gives out a lot of overwhelming aura compared to the other mass scooters.
Coming to the side, the 2025 model now features larger GT graphics towards the rear while the front now gets interesting stripes, making it more stylish. Also, a new Gold shade is used on alloy wheels and disc brake callipers which seemed to be exclusive to Diamond White Metallic paint only.

The BMW C 400 GT is a Touring scooter, so the brand has provided a massive underseat storage alongside the front storage. The 2025 model increases the underseat storage to 7.1 litres in capacity while the front storage has been expanded by up to 3.2 litres.

BMW C 400 GT: Notable Features
The Premium BMW tourer has a lower seat height of 765 mm, which is quite accessible and welcoming for the short riders. Other features include a massive quad-barrel LED headlamp with LED DRLs, a new & adjustable windshield, very comfortable seats for both rider and pillion, keyless function, a fully digital 10.25-inch display, Type-C charging and more.

As for the powertrain, the new 2025 BMW C 400 GT moves on with the same 350 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with 34 bhp and 35 Nm, paired with a CVT transmission. The new model also gets updated safety features like ABS Pro with Dynamic Brake Control, Engine Brake Control and Dynamic Traction Control as standard, making the premium scooter more value for money than its predecessor. The scooter still runs on a 15-inch front wheel and a 14-inch rear wheel. It weighs 214 kilos, completing the muscular look of the grand maxi-scooter.
